Peter started his career with US based Safeway Stores in 1973, and has had a wide range of experiences in the retail food industry including senior roles with Woolworths in Fresh Food operations, logistics and store opertions. Peter's lean towards innovation is shown in his involvement with the implementation of import/export business, on-line shoppping and food quality programs.

Since then Peter has joined Australia's largest privately owned fresh food retailer, Harris Farm Markets, as its Strategy Development Director, and more recently Wesfarmers as part of the Coles turnaround team heading the important fresh produce business unit. Peter has been involved in several industry and government boards and supporting Horticultural development. Peter's extensive background in retail rounds off the range of experience and backgrounds that the dVT Consulting team brings to its clients.
